Poor communication Dropped off our motorhome Wed. Feb 25th AM with engine light on. I received a text that this is the direct phone number for your service adviser. Dropped off our motorhome Wed. Feb 25th AM with engine light on. I received a text that this is the direct phone number for your service adviser. I texted him at 4:40 asking if it would be ready for pickup today. NO Answer. I called that same number Thursday afternoon left a message --please call and let me know what is wrong with the motorhome will it be fixed soon? Told in message must have by Monday need for planned trip. NO call back. I called and complained that I had heard nothing. Need to know if it was going to be ready for our trip. My service adviser called me back Friday late afternoon. Said it was a sensor , part would be in and fixed Monday. Monday came and went , no call . I went there in person Tuesday morning and spoke to my adviser. He called the Back service area. I was told they would change it right away. Told it would be a couple hours. I finally get the Rv back Tuesday afternoon. Check engine light was off and I had only a few hours to load it and head out on our trip to Paris Island for our nephews Marine graduation. While driving the RV light came on again. We did get to our destination but the RV didn't run right and the light went from on to flashing. While there I got another text from my service adviser . It reads: We are reaching out to you to make sure that you had an excellent experience at Palm Bay ford. Please text us back and we will do everything in our power to gain our complete satisfaction. So my repy text is as follows: We are now broke down. Problem isn't fixed. South Carolina is having god awful weather and we are stuck. Will need towed. And now tell me about the confidence we are to have in you and the service. Please advise. Of Course No Reply. We had to have it towed. Rented a car to get home and will have to return once it is fixed to pick it up.. More

Done with Ford Ford created a mess in 2012 with the transmission in the Ford Focus. Since the time of purchase of that card, we have had nothing but trouble. Final Ford created a mess in 2012 with the transmission in the Ford Focus. Since the time of purchase of that card, we have had nothing but trouble. Finally, in February, we took it back in due to shuddering. We all knew the problem was related to the transmission, as it has been a consistent problem from the beginning. However, this time, the car was out of warranty, a concept beyond ridiculous when considering the fact that Ford made an inferior product and doesn't want to back that product. I'll add here that the car only had 39,000 miles on it. It was in pristine condition, except for that one thing, Ford's BIG MISTAKE. They said it needed another new clutch and for that honor, charged us $80. The new clutch would cost $1700, all to fix the mistake that Ford made in producing this car. The particular problem with the car should have been covered for life. They knew of the problem, it was their problem. But they chose to bail on their own product. Therefore, I decided to bail on their product too. ALL of them. No more Fords for me. More
