Sophia De La Jara is one of the service writers at this dealership whom handled and made my appointment for a front brake change on 9/25/2019 was outstanding when I arrived. I thought oh well I will be here all day, because there were at least 12 cars in front me however, I was pleasantly surprised in two ways. 1st ( I was only there for about one and half hours which I considered reasonable for a brake job in the fast lane at Palm Bay Ford. ) 2nd This may be hard to believe but as it turned out I did not need the brakes replaced. Hard to believe a honest dealership? believe it. the mechanic who was going to do the replacement brakes informed the service writer Sophia that the brakes were not just okay but that I wouldn't need brakes for another 20 to 25 thousand miles. She took me out to the service bay and the mechanic showed me that the brakes and the rotors still had a lot of miles to go before they would replacing. Unfortunately I don't know the mechanics name or I would put it in this review. Saved me about $150.00 for a repair I was told I needed. It's hard to believe a honest dealership with honest people. More

Dead Battery just as leaving for o/t trip. Called and was able to come in right away. Less than 1 hour was on my way. Very good service from Steve. This battery was five years old or very close Called and was able to come in right away. Less than 1 hour was on my way. Very good service from Steve. This battery was five years old or very close but it was self saealed type so not able to add fluid. Putting most expensive battery in is not the smartest way to go in my opinion. More
