Finally after 41 years with Ford, it will be a new GMC. My husband has owned 2 new Ford trucks ( one in 1977 and the next in 1996), it was now time for a new truck. Test drove a new Sierra and a new Ford, decided on the GMC. Tried one GMC dealership in RI and then decided to go to Gates GMC and check it out, remember last truck in 1996. Totally new experience for us as things have changed since 1996. Andy Fredericksen was very easy to work with. We basically knew what we wanted and Andy helped us narrow it down. He was able to answer everything for us and if he questioned anything, Nick Truax was there for verification, great teamwork. Chris Messier was also very helpful with all the financial paperwork, once again, answered everything for us. Initially we were just "looking" at trucks but as luck would have it , the perfect truck for us was there and now its home with us. Definitely worth the trip to check this place out and remember, ask for Andy. More
