The buying process was easy, however they informed me I had over paid. In stead of presenting me with a check, they gave me an IOU. Told me I would have payment within two week’s mailed. 3 weeks later, had over paid. In stead of presenting me with a check, they gave me an IOU. Told me I would have payment within two week’s mailed. 3 weeks later, BBB complaint filed, told again the check was mailed…. Still have not received payment. This dealership is petty and is willing and works to leave the customer with realizing, this is NOT the place to do business with. More

I’ve been to many dealerships an salespersons in my 73 yrs an I will say that Gates is the best experience I’ve ever had. Sales people to me are like “ Vulgers” ( sorry) but I did NOT feel that at ALL at yrs an I will say that Gates is the best experience I’ve ever had. Sales people to me are like “ Vulgers” ( sorry) but I did NOT feel that at ALL at Gates with Nick Florintino , I did buy a used vehicle an right now I’m comfortable with it, down the road we’ll see, it is used, so it’s taking a chance, same as buying a new vehicle in my estimation!
