Service I have had a great experience with Gates and Austin specifically from buying my Rogue to my first service. My first service was so quick and easy! I took my previous car to another Nissan dealership for my first free oil change and waited over an hour and a half while I waited as one by one those who came in before and after me left until I was the last one in the waiting room. Needless to say, I never went back and my next Nissan I bought at Gates. I will continue to drive from Lexington to Richmond to have my Rogue serviced. More

1st Time Service ( on vehicle) Service Dept. was quite friendly and professional. Had a 3:00 PM appointment for oil change , tire rotation and check of everything on vehicle.
