Above and beyond The transmission in my 2011 altima failed just 3700 miles past my warranty. I took it to gates and Kathy went to work, advising me the steps to take. The transmission in my 2011 altima failed just 3700 miles past my warranty. I took it to gates and Kathy went to work, advising me the steps to take. I called Nissan and they agreed to pay for half of 3450.00 repair. Kathy continued to work on my behalf, my final cost was $755.99. For a brand new transmission. Praise the Lord. And thank you Kathy.. And my mechanic Frank. That is going above and beyond and I will purchase my next car from Gate's.. you always have wonderful customer service. More
