Andy, our salesman, asked the right questions, Heard our responses and set us up with a perfect car. Everything was done fast and efficient without all the bs that can be so common in buying a new car. Plus Andy is very knowledgeable about his product, when we stopped back with a question a week later he was terrific. Misrepresentation of the warranty Purchased a 2016 4Runner SR5 Premium and they were reviewing the warranty on the car. At no point, did he mention he was talking about the extended w Purchased a 2016 4Runner SR5 Premium and they were reviewing the warranty on the car. At no point, did he mention he was talking about the extended warranty. Then he pulls out the price sheet and there is an additional $1994 in the cost. Again, at no point did he mention any extra costs until I saw it on the price sheet that he wanted me to sign to finish the deal. When I called him out on the bait and switch, he tried to apologize and said he never intended to to do that. I was disappointed. Tried to pull out of the deal, but they wouldn’t give me back my $500 deposit. I hope they change their ways. They forced this sale, but will not get repeat business or positive reviews from me. More
