Everyone one is friendly and knowledge when asked questions. If something needs replaced they show you the product the recommended to be replaced. The waiting area is comfortable and quiet. Friendly and infomative. I asked to have the brakes checked out because of a noise and asked them to do a oil change while it was in there. I had a lot better experience at the Milpitas, California Toyota service/ dealer shop. They were always super professional, friendly, and just wonderful. Even at this location on W Ireland RD in South Bend, I did have a better experience when I got my oil change done in 2018. I also purchased my current vehicle there too. the sales person was so great at that time (3 years ago). I don't really know what have changed at this location since then, but I'm going to have to find a different service location near me. It's definitely not worth the drive from across the town anymore. More

I always complain in their surveys that they should give me a free hat as a joke, but at this point I should probably just buy one because I haven't felt like they were trying to upsell me on repairs I didn't need. They've maintained my vehicle well ever since the I bought it new from a dealership in a different nearby city. No complaints . The couple times I did feel like there was something slightly hinky they made it right on the next service visit. More
