I have never had any problem after repairs are completed; their shop specialists are very good. If you're not shopping based on cost, this is the best garage I know in Michiana -- better than any other dealer or repair garage, whatever the brand. I can say the same about the Gates Toyota auto body shop in Granger, with a positive exception -- they are excellent, thorough, and helpful, AND they are cost-competitive. If you (a customer) provide a review of the service you experience, be sure to go to the account Profile that will be created, and verify (or delete) all the ways that you will be recieving advertising email messages. The service center is, after all, part of a larger auto sales company. More

Fast, Dependable Service at Gates Toyota I had a good experience a Gates Toyota. From the scheduling of the appointment for a routine oil change to replacing windshield wiper blades. The only thing that I don’t care much for is when the service technicians try to “up sell” customers on products that are not necessarily needed.
