I was told that all customers under Toyota Care are required to do that. I did not like how I was treated. As a long term customer, this is my fifth lease thru Toyota, this is by far the most inconsiderate I was treated. Body work done Gates performed some minor body work on my front bumper. The work is immaculate- can’t tell holes were ever present. The manager was helpful as well.
