After having a rather awful experience with the service department, I got a call or text from Rochelle, and she truly went above and beyond for me, far exceeded my expectations and absolutely changed my mi department, I got a call or text from Rochelle, and she truly went above and beyond for me, far exceeded my expectations and absolutely changed my mind about giving this dealership’s service department another chance! I can’t speak to Sales because I didn’t purchase my vehicle here, but had to have a recall fixed which requires a dealership. Anyway, Rochelle has an awesome personality, made me laugh, really enjoyed our conversation which ranged from a shared inability to keep plants alive (I’m getting better!!) to all sorts of things. She took excellent care of me and just really impressed me. Obviously I LOVE seeing females in these types of positions and she is clearly killin’ it. She deserves major props! If you find yourself in a similar position with poor service from this place, talk to Rochelle. Obviously I’d never wish that on anyone; but if it happens, you know who to go to! Thanks for being so helpful Rochelle, you’re a gem!!! 💎 More
