worst experience ever!!! We were in the market for a used truck. Found one at Gateway that we liked and made an offer. The sales staff basically laughed in our faces. We left We were in the market for a used truck. Found one at Gateway that we liked and made an offer. The sales staff basically laughed in our faces. We left and asked them to think about it. A couple of days later my husband received a text message from the sales rep stating what they had into the car and basically blew us off AGAIN. My husband sent back a text offering a different price indicating we would need to know by the end of the day as we were looking at other trucks. When we tried to send another text message later to find out where we were at with the offer we discovered that the sales rep had BLOCKED our number! Thank you Gateway! We got a great deal at Luther GMC! More

Best car buying experience in my life Danielle was fantastic to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Danielle was very flexible a Danielle was fantastic to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Danielle was very flexible around our schedule and was always available when we needed her. On the day we bought the car, we signed papers and go the vehicle in about an hour. Easiest/best car buying experience my husband or I had ever had. Her customer service after the sale was amazing as well. A floor mat was missing, so she tracked one down for us within a few days and installed it. Plus she got us an appointment with the body shop to fix 2 minor scratches we found on the vehicle. More

Great Service by all We came in hoping to find a vehicle that night and Jeremy was so helpful. He knew everything about the car we were looking at.
