2 missed calls in 2 weeks and I get threatened by Chris Having factory work done on my car so I had a rental car from gateway while my car was being repaired. I missed 2 calls due to working double shifts a Having factory work done on my car so I had a rental car from gateway while my car was being repaired. I missed 2 calls due to working double shifts and when I call 2 weeks later Chris threatens that he was about to call the cops on me cause my car has been ready for 2 weeks. Arrive at Gateway and he says "oh it takes me threatening to call the cops to finally get you here huh" and tries to charge me $600 for over rental fees I only had $400 and paid that but I felt so intimidated but dont feel I should have had to pay anything. Edit: 1 call on March 28th and 1 call on March 29th and 1 email that I still have no proof was sent equals multiple people contacting me? In 2 weeks 3 points of contact you feel is enough to warrant a "call the police" THREAT? You have service vehicles that could have stopped by the address on file, I renewed my rental on March 30th. Asking them if my vehicle was done and they had no idea. Maybe communicating between your own departments may be a good idea too. More

Our salesman was easy to work with, not pushy and able to discuss the inventory with ease. He makes excellent suggestions to consider and is honest. Kevin is exceptional at his job and is the reason we continue to come back to this dealership. The manager Nick is also excellent. He works efficiently but does not allow quality to slip. Ryan in Finance is a great fit for his role too. He knows the content and is able to talk through all of the legalities and paperwork without difficulty. Best experience ever. This was the greatest experience for my wife and I. This was the first car we were purchasing together as a married couple. We first went to Corwin Toyota and looked at a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. The sales associate made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed at their store and all around the customer service from their finance manager to their sales staff was very unprofessional so we left and went to Gateway. There we were met by Zack in the parking lot as we were looking at pickups. Zach was very friendly outgoing and went above and beyond to find a vehicle within the price range we gave him he was very knowledgeable and if he did not know a certain thing about a vehicle he would quickly find out for us he got us set up in a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that I absolutely love but before he would let me settle on that one vehicle he wanted me to test drive other vehicles within our price range if not cheaper to insure that is what we wanted as a family. He listened to our wants and what we needed out of our vehicle as well as our concerns with the new vehicle to ensure that he got us in the proper one. Zac Tiedeman went above and beyond his duty to ensure we were having the greatest of time he even joke around with our daughter and made her feel comfortable while there. Gateway definitely turned a stressful situation into a very comfortable worry-free environment. Anybody looking to buy a vehicle needs to definitely check them out and ask for Zack Tiedeman. Both, Jeff Meyer and Zack Tiedeman, came in on their day off today April 11th 2018 to help tie up the loose ends on our part so this wouldn't be a couple day wait. My hats off to those gentlemen and the entire staff at Gateway as everybody made us feel welcomed today. I highly recommend them to friends, family, and even complete strangers. THANKS GATEWAY!!!!
