Door handle replaced, seat buckle redirected. Had the cracked door handle replaced on my 2016 Traverse. Looks great again. Oil Change and Tire Rotation Gateway changed my oil and rotated my tires as well as anyone could expect. It was quick and easy, the way it should be. The one issue I have is that Gateway changed my oil and rotated my tires as well as anyone could expect. It was quick and easy, the way it should be. The one issue I have is that when I was younger, my local dealership would always return my car cleaner than when they received it. Vacuumed inside, washed outside. Don't expect that from Gateway; they won't even run it through their drive-thru car wash. Plus my steering wheel, door handles, and a couple other controls were sticky from whoever drove my car in and out of the shop. They'll change your oil, but don't expect them to go above and beyond. And make sure you bring a wet cloth to clean up afterward. More

Average to above average dealership experience Gateway charged me $111.00 to find out what the code was that caused the check engine light to be on in my truck. Then charged me to install the fault Gateway charged me $111.00 to find out what the code was that caused the check engine light to be on in my truck. Then charged me to install the faulty part. I am fine with paying for a part that has failed. I am also fine with paying to find out the code of the check engine light, But I find it a bit greedy to charge for both. In the past the shops that I have dealt with have not charged for the diagnosis if you have them repair the vehicle. More
