Finding the perfect vehicle Erica responded very quickly to my online inquiries. I was looking for a particular model, with. particular exterior and interior colors. I also had several other specific features I wanted and did NOT want. She spent considerable time getting to know my desires. She offered several models for my consideration, and then I decided not to pursue the interior color I thought I wanted. She was not deterred, and soon presented several other options for me to choose from, one of which we closed the deal on just this week. I will seek out Erica the next time I am in the market for a vehicle, she was excellent, no pressure to buy, just trying very diligently to present exactly what I was looking for. More
