The other repair was a job a different shop had completed 6 months prior. I had scheduled my appointment on March 10th for the 21st. I was told parts would be there for the door latch warranty work. It was not. They made a mistake and the parts were not ordered. The most irritating part is that they did not call before the appointment and I waited in the lobby 1hour 45minutes and they STILL never told me that they didn't have the parts. This is the closest dealership and is 120 miles from my home. They at least tried to make it right with a rental car and free oil change and proactively repairing all four door latches. This is after I waited an ADDITIONAL hour to speak with a manager. However, to return my vehicle they offered to drive my vehicle the 120 miles. The day before they said to expect the driver to arrive around 10am. However there was no communication that the driver did not leave on time. I had cleared my work schedule to be available and now it will be 3 hours later than when they said they would be here and I hope I make it to my doctors appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I've loved my Hyundais but I doubt I will purchase again because I don't want to deal with with this dealership and the next closest is more than 3 hours from my home. More

We dropped off our Santa Fe for a recall on the camera and took off to spend some time with our kids. Gateway ended up pulling the cabin filter. On the Sante Fe cabin filter, the fan is located under and took off to spend some time with our kids. Gateway ended up pulling the cabin filter. On the Sante Fe cabin filter, the fan is located under the filter, behind the glove box. Whenever they pull the filter leaves fall down into the fan. This causes a horrible noise. While we were gone, they messaged us, trying to sell us a new filter and tires. We passed on purchasing a new filter and tires. What are they pulling the cabin filter for, when I brought the car in for a recall on the rear backup camera? Anyways, when we returned my wife brought up to the person that the car is making aq horrible noise that it wasn't making when we got there. The lady made a comment that we should have purchased the new cabin filter. I'm sorry, but even if they put in a new filter, the leaves are already in the fan. My wife was HOT. This is the car she drives daily. We didn't have time to push this as we were going to the Bison Basketball Game. I think that when you pick it up, it should at least be in the same condition as when it was brought in. In my opinion, their service is all about how much they can sell you while you are there and not really "service", If they cared about service, they would have checked the noise the fan made after pulling the filter. The next week I called to talk to the service manager. She offered to fix the problem if we dropped it off. But we live 90 miles away. I asked if they would come pick it up. She said she would have to check. That was Tuesday. I never heard from her by Saturday, so I spent a couple hours of my Saturday on youtube figuring out how to take the glove box off and the fan motor apart. In my opinion, the staff are doing what they are trained to do.....get you thru there and sell you everything they can. The service manager might be the problem, (she didn't even get back to me after my question on a Tuesday, but I think it's more from upper management. More
