Over the past month, we have been through quite a process, and the personnel accompanied us through it all. We had a vehicle needing service, we had visits to the dealership to look at both previously owned vehicles and brand new ones, we traded in a vehicle, and we ended up purchasing a new one. We went through moments of incertitude and doubt. We had many questions. Everyone at the dealership offered their time and expertise, really listened, and helped us clarify what option would end up being the best for us.
