Very Confusing after the rennovation Since the renovation at Gateway Chevy, it is very confusing as to where you should go for an oil change. When I pulled into the service bay, I was as Since the renovation at Gateway Chevy, it is very confusing as to where you should go for an oil change. When I pulled into the service bay, I was asked by 4 people if I had been helped. I said no and they proceeded to ask what I needed. I said an oil change and they pointed me to the lady that was swamped (4 service people with no one in front of them). When the lady finally helped me, she was very apologetic. Seems to me that some signage or another renovation should be in the works as this one didn't work. More

Not a good review I went in for a tire rotation but I got an oil change instead.
