We visited Keffer Genesis for an inspection and a recall fix. Ramon provided highly courteous and accommodating service as he checked us in. He then offered us an Uber ride to and from our lunch destinati fix. Ramon provided highly courteous and accommodating service as he checked us in. He then offered us an Uber ride to and from our lunch destination as we waited for the work to be completed! When we returned to the dealership from lunch, he provided a video of the inspection and then brought our car right to us… freshly washed and dried. Because of the stellar treatment we received, we won’t hesitate to return to Keffer for service… and to buy our future Genesis cars! More
