Tire losing air. Brought it to dealer in late morning which was very busy. Peter asked if I could come back at 3pm. I did and was taken care of at once. Nail foun Brought it to dealer in late morning which was very busy. Peter asked if I could come back at 3pm. I did and was taken care of at once. Nail found in tire but after repaired it still did not hold air as expected. Further examination found a metal staple in the sidewall and the tire could not be repaired. Peter had a new tire installed at once, had the car washed and I was on my way. Another example of great service by Peter Franks who clearly understands what 'customer service' means. Very satisfied.
