Great Service with a Personal Touch! Brought my car in to have the windshield replaced due to a crack. Besides taking care of that problem a needed repair was spotted with the starter. Thankfully this was able to be taken care of under the car's extended warranty. I was very impressed not only with the prompt communication but how efficiently and smoothly things are run. I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced which was very convenient. Very courteous staff. A special thank you to Brian for all his help! First Service Visit a Great One We brought one of our cars down to Florida from CT this past summer planning to leave it here year round. It was not scheduled for servicing before we left so I scheduled a service appointment at Germain BMW in Naples for January. We had t realized that our maintence contract had expired. Our service rep Jeremy told me it wasn't a problem! He took a quick look at the car's history and said it probably just needed an oil change. They did a thorough evaluation on the car and that was in fact all it needed resulting in a very low bill. I was given a very nice loaner car so the entire process was very easy! When we replace this car we are sure to replace it at Germain BMW of Naples. More
