This dealership is all about money. I had a flat tire and brought it there to be replaced. I had only owned my 200 series convertible for fifteen month with a warranty that included tir I had a flat tire and brought it there to be replaced. I had only owned my 200 series convertible for fifteen month with a warranty that included tires and rims for three years. When I got the bill for the tire etc. (a lot higher than anyone else) the service manager tried to tell me that the warranty had expired. Of course, I double-checked to make sure I understood my warranty correctly. After arguing with me for some time over who would pay the invoice, I finally took the warranty out and with my fingers showed her that only fifteen months had passed since my purchase and 21 months remained. Reluctantly, she finally agree. But my feeling then and now is that she knew it was under warranty but tried to get me to pay for it assuming I couldn't count or had not read the agreement I purchase along with the car. Not a good experience. There are a lot of elderly people in Naples (I'm 71) and I wonder how many of them get taken advantage of. More

Placing and order on a new build 2023 X7 M60i, I had a trade-in vehichle which Germain agreed in writing on the value of my vehichle which was confirmed multiple times by the sales team. I show up to fin trade-in vehichle which Germain agreed in writing on the value of my vehichle which was confirmed multiple times by the sales team. I show up to finalize the build on the X7 and compete the paper work only to find that the value of my trade in vehicle had materially changed from what was agreed to 2 days prior. Unbeknownst to me, it was only once I received the financing statement that valued my trade-in for $7k less than agreed to. Paul Cullinan the general sales mananger backed out of what was agreed to in writting. Buyer beware here, last time doing business with Germain. Recommend others look at other options before proceeding with Germain for a new or pre-owned BMW. More
