Germain BMW of Naples ruined the buying experience, by improperly processing vehicle title, then leaving it to me to remedy the situation with Florida DMV directly, at my expense and inconvenience. Paul Cullinan (General Sales Manager) proved to be especially ignorant, ineducable and indifferent to the dealership's error.
