We’ve been loyal Germain BMW of Naples customers for years. Every time we get our scheduled maintenance at Germain everyone is always terrific. Charles Griffith is our service advisor on everything we years. Every time we get our scheduled maintenance at Germain everyone is always terrific. Charles Griffith is our service advisor on everything we need from bumper to bumper to keep our car safe and up to date on oil changes and other maintenance needs. Just yesterday we were on our way to the other coast of Florida for a show we had tickets to that night. We got out of work early (4:30 pm) to take the 125 mile trip to the show that night. Five minutes after we get on the highway we get an alert from the vehicle telling us very low pressure from our front right tire. BMW has run flat tires which really came in handy at this time. So we got off highway and went directly to Germain BMW. Once there we told the car porter our problem and asked to speak to Chuck (Charles Griffith). Once we explained our situation with the tire, the tickets to the show and the long ride ahead of us to Chuck, he told us he would do his best to make sure we could get to the show. He got the tire replaced and we were out of there in less than an hour, from the time we pulled in, to exiting the parking lot. This could not have been possible without the extraordinary effort of Chuck and his team. This was not an easy task being it was near the end of their work day and they were already busy with all the scheduled appointments they were assisting. I truly believe Chuck went above and beyond to help us in this time of need. He is outstanding and really does care about his customers. More
Cory Hespeler was really great with my issue. I'm from Colorado visiting here and needed some work done on my X3. When I was presented with bill Cory told me that anyone from Colorado gets a discount today. First Class!!!! More
My BMW suddenly would not start anymore. .. I called Jeremy Bongle at the service department and he promptly sent someone to give me a boost. The engine came back to life and Jeremy Bongle q .. The engine came back to life and Jeremy Bongle quizzed me in the dealer busy schedule for a diagnostic. Turns out that me battery needed to be replaced. Presto they did that and in 30 minutes I was back on the road. Jeremy Bongle professionalism and customer service skills are always drawing me back to Germain BMW of Naples Service Department. More
This review is on the constant ongoing issue of loaner vehicles the dealership (last 2 years) never have any loaner cars available unless you schedule your appointment 6 weeks to 1month in advance (I am vehicles the dealership (last 2 years) never have any loaner cars available unless you schedule your appointment 6 weeks to 1month in advance (I am under warranty) their solution is if you need to bring your vehicle in immediately they offer a shuttle as long as you live no further then 10miles from dealership, in Naples no one lives 10 miles from anything , trying to figure out what is the point of buying a high end vehicle if you are not receiving high end service/convenience.. I Have always owned high end cars and never in 32 years of servicing them have had this problem its not a problem when I need to service my BMW in Fort Lauderdale I Get a loaner from them immediately. I am a full time naples resident/fort lauderdale resident and it’s the same issue all year round in Naples so snowbird excuse doesn’t work seriously this inconvenience is enough to make me go back to Mercedes Benz vehicles. Next month when my lease is up My friends never ever have this with Mercedes service appointments. Plus they no longer offer the car wash service but they still offer it at BMW Fort Lauderdale & up north . Why such a difference in BMW dealers service on west coast. More
Chuck Griffiths is my contact with Germain BMW of Naples. On November 11, 2022, our car was having problems. what made things worse we were leaving Naples the next Tuesday morning, November 15th. Chuck had the car tested on Saturday the 12th and got us a loaner from the 11th to the 14th. we got our car back ready to go on the 14th. The service Chuck arranged for us was exemplary.
