Once again Rhoel Grey came thru for me. I was on the other side of the state and just before a hurricane when I drive a nail thru my left rear tire. "We don't patch run flats" "we have high standards, we won't plug this for you" "We can order your tires but it will take about a week." on and on, I called Rhoel and calmly as ever, he directed me to a few spots that WOULD plug a run flat and which I did. SUCCESS!!! Upon arriving back home, Rhoel ordered my tires, got them moutne3d and changed my oil. He's been this efficient since the day I rolled in 11+ years ago with my 1st generation BMW X3. Now my 535i has 72k+ miles on it and it maybe time to start looking at a new vehicle. How can I go ANY other place for a vehicle with Rhoel on the case. Not only is he a great Service person, but I consider him a friend as well. -Jim More
