She came in advise my car was ready after only 45 minutes. I was very pleased. The only issue I had was with several people with office cubicles in the new waiting area. Many of the staff were not wearing their masks in to cover their face. There was one staff person that wore his mask on his chin while meeting 3 sets of customers. If the Covid Virus policy for Germain Honda requires your staff to wear a mask then some additional training is required. I did not feel comfortable while in that space as a 68 year old customer.
