The worst experience ever. How would an 84 month battery, that has never experienced a cold winter, that is only six months old need to be charged. The battery was purchased in April when the car was picked up and has never started like a new battery. They didn’t install the new battery that was paid for and will Not accept responsibility for the mistake. No new battery should need to be charged. Total dishonesty. More
