My experiences with G, Lexus of Easton’s service department over the years have been very good to excellent. Unfortunately, this experience of being charged for services that were not done was bot department over the years have been very good to excellent. Unfortunately, this experience of being charged for services that were not done was both disappointing and dangerous. While the service was a simple oil change, after getting home that afternoon and having the oil light come on, I had to go to a local service station. I subsequently discovered that there was no oil in the engine which could have completely, irreparably damage the engine. This impacted my trust with what I thought was quality service. More
