I was greeted when I walked in. I weighted in the customer lounge. I was the only one in the lounge. Snacks were not restocked. Coffee was a plenty. Service was less than an hour. Germain Lexus of Easton Service is hands down the best service dealer in town. These guys treat your car like its their own vehicle with no upsell or pressure. You pay a slight premium for Lexus level ser service dealer in town. These guys treat your car like its their own vehicle with no upsell or pressure.
