The salesman, Preston Hutchins, helped me start to finish, and I live in another state. We started the transaction on the phone and finished on the sales floor. I got the vehicle that I wanted in the condition advertised. There were a couple unforeseen bumps along the way, but Preston and the dealership ironed them out and made my purchase a experience. An added bonus was an extremely attractive woman showed me how to operate the many bells and whistles on my new car. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Easton to all my friends. More

Easy and Painless = Wonderful! I started my search over 40 days ago and was taking my time. The first contact I made was an inquiry with Germain Lexus of Easton's Preston Hutchins. It was a short email exchange and I was not yet ready to buy. Fast forward to day 42, I saw a vehicle advertised on-line that was just put up for sale. Not yet any pictures, however, the description gave me a good idea of the features and interior color I desired. When I called to inquire about its availability, Preston happened to answer. I did not recall our email as it has been many moons and many dealers and sales rep later... Preston recalled who I was. So a little impressed, I drove down, looked over the car, we made a deal and I am an owner of a well loved RX350. Mind you the car was just acquired and full detailing was not yet completed, however, Preston and his manager, Shane Kitts, gave me the commitment that they would make sure it was fully detailed at my earliest convenience. I drove the car home, and that even dropped it off and the following day, I had a fully detail car inside and out! Thank you guys! I would recommend anyone looking for a easy and painless experience to give them a visit. If you are like me and have been shopping around, you know you can run into all kinds of sellers. When its easy and painless, its makes for a great experience. Plus the added perk of them still being great with their customer service after the purchase! Best buying experience, EVER!!! I have been researching to purchase a pre-owned Honda Odssey for the last month. After finding an Odssey online with Germain Lexus of Easton my wife I have been researching to purchase a pre-owned Honda Odssey for the last month. After finding an Odssey online with Germain Lexus of Easton my wife & made a plan to drive from Cincinnati to Columbus to view the vehicle. I called into the dealership at 10 a.m. & spoke to Preston Hutchins to confirm the van was available & to confirm the color. We arrived to the lot & Preston was personally outside giving the car a final cleaning in 30 degree weather. He immediately greeted us with a sincere welcome. Although the van was not a Lexus he was very thorough with the options & functions. I had four other Odsseys lined up to view later that day but was so impressed with Preston & his desire to make us feel comfortable with the process that we completed our purchase. We had a 15 month old with us & Preston and his colleagues made all of us feel welcome & entertained! This was the most outstanding purchase experience we have ever experienced. Zero pressure, very clear explanations, excellent communication. The four hour round trip was well worth the time. Find a car at this dealership & ask for Preston! More

Newest Owner in a Loyal Lexus Family After looking for my first post-grad school vehicle at a different Germain dealership one Saturday, a deep maroon- colored RX350 caught my eye in the After looking for my first post-grad school vehicle at a different Germain dealership one Saturday, a deep maroon- colored RX350 caught my eye in the Lexus preowned lot. I originally had no intention of purchasing a Lexus but, from the moment I was let inside by Shane Kitts (15 minutes after close- ooops!), the top-notch staff helped make it an easy decision. Preston Hutchins is a superstar. He took the time to show me the RX350 after hours and, when I mentioned I would love to come back Monday morning when the dealership reopened, he came in 4 hours earlier than his shift started so he could be the one to help me and facilitate the test drive. Preston is an engaging and honest salesman, and will do his best to make a solid deal for you and to ensure the entire process is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Preston and his boss (Ted Santagata) made my mom, aunt, and boyfriend feel so welcomed- they continue to rave about the outstanding service. When I returned to the dealership to purchase my vehicle, Preston had spent 20 minutes waxing it himself and had included a cargo cover, cargo net, and first aid kit in the back of the SUV. He really went above and beyond to provide the best experience! I would recommend the Germain Lexus dealership, and especially the pre-owned staff, over and over again. My parents have owned an RX330 for the last 8 years and now I fully understand why my mom will never switch to a brand other than Lexus. I absolutely love my 2013 RX350 and am thankful Preston was the associate I had the pleasure of working with! More
