Josh was very nice and accomodating but I have a real problem with the cost of a new alternator. I checked with a Buick dealer I know to inquire what the cost of a new alternator would be on their most problem with the cost of a new alternator. I checked with a Buick dealer I know to inquire what the cost of a new alternator would be on their most expensive sedan. An alternator on an Enclave would be between $250 to $300. A Lexus ES 330 is nice but I was charged over $600 for the same part. Is the loaner car that expensive to make up the difference? More
After doing alot of research into what vehicle I wanted to purchase, I started to search for 470's on autotrader that were certified pre owned. I am a truck driver so I was doing this while I was still out on the road. I contacted germain lexus of easton and from the very beginning they were wonderful to work with. I had considered purchasing an escalade before my 470, and the cadillac dealer wouldnt even return my phone calls. I am fairly confident this was due to the fact that I told them I was a truck driver, so they automatically assumed I didnt have the money and wasnt serious which really bothered me. From the first online conversation I had with germain lexus of easton, they were curtious and tried everything they could to help me and answer all of my quistions. I was soon contacted by Mr. Aso Danso who asked me what I was looking for and how he could help me. I told him I was a truck driver and I wouldnt be home for a few more weeks. He said that he would call me the day before I got home to go over their inventory and set up an appointment for me to come up and have a look at what they had to offer. I was half expecting them to blow me off like the cadillac dealer did, but he actually called. Aso was great to work with and very pleasant to be around. He was very knowlegable about the vehicles I looked at and was happy to answer my quistions. After my experience with Mr. Danso and germain lexus of easton, I would say that I will most likely be a customer that will return again and again. More
This was such a wonderful experience from the on-line assistance through the in person interaction, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and not overbearing. We literally spent the whole day there, but it was worth it becuase we left with exactly what we were looking for, with great knowledge of the product and inventory, and the patience of the staff! We didn't even realize the day went by. I am definitely recommending this dealership to all friends and colleagues. I recently purchased a 2011 RX350 from Germain Lexus of Easton. I love the vehicle, and the sales person, Alyssa Shea was very helpful and dedicated in finding answers to any questions that we had, and in Easton. Alyssa assisted me in learning about and setting up the options in my new RX, and she follows through with what she says she will do, such as letting me know about the New Owner Welcome Event. I have dealt with Germain Lexus for the past 6 years (I bought my previous 330 from them), and I have been very pleased with their customer service and maintenance. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I love the "free" car washes. :-) More

My review is a little slanted in that I drove 100 miles to purchase this vehicle, but if it hadn't been right I would still have gone home without it. This was my fifth auto purchased from a dealer, and I felt comfortable and secure , and even happy just to have visited the dealership. My salesperson, Erica, made me feel right at home from the start. Her ebullient personality drew me in from the start and I soon felt like I had know her for years. On the drive home I realized that something seemed odd. After examination I concluded that I was not experiencing a release of tension. There had been none. What I did feel was the exuberance that had rubbed of from dealing with my salesperson. Thank you Erica, and thank you Germain Lexus. More

We stopped at Lexus of Easton to check out a car that was listed on their website. Erika met us outside and said that the original car had been sold but would we like to look at another one. She walked us through the entire car and what everything did and how to operate it. We decided to wait on that car and kept looking. Erika continuously stayed in contact with us the entire time. She let us know that they had a car coming in that was the exact car we wanted. After looking at 3 other vehicles at other dealerships (with far inferior customer service), we decided to put a down payment on the car that was coming in. We were so impressed with Erika and trusted her so much that we bought the car without having seen it. She has continued to stay in touch and make sure we are completely happy. The only negative is that she would not budge on the price at all, which was at the top of our price range. Other than that, she was fantastic!! More

Preston gave me prompt, complete information about the car, and although it had fewer miles and more features than the other RXs I had found, Germain offered it at a lower price. They also were willing to pay considerably more for my trade-in RX than other dealerships I visited. Although the dealership was more than 200 miles from my home, I traveled to Easton to make the purchase. Upon arrival, Preston, Ted (the preowned Lexus general manager), and the rest of the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the transaction went quickly and smoothly. In fact, after arriving we learned that the RX we brought to trade had incurred significant damage in an accident with the previous owner. I am confident that any other dealership would have lowered the trade-in offer upon learning this, but they did not. I would absolutely make the drive to do business with this exceptional dealership again. More
