I was not scheduled for a loaner car and after I described the problem with the brakes, Dave said I am going to get you a loaner car because we may need it for more than a day to fix. He knew I was on my way to Naples to work and was thinking ahead of my needs rather than causing me an inconvenience to get the work done. Dave called me at the end of the day to give me a status report on my car and that it would be fixed the next day as soon as they received the part. When the car was fixed Dave called and said it was ready and didn't make me rush over to get my car and return the loaner vehicle - he let me do it later in the day instead. When he told me everything was covered under warranty - I was really happy! Great job Dave! More
