I came happy and left unhappy. Time expectations were not met nor communicated when they werent going to be met. Communication is KEY. MY TIME IS VALUABLE. I was told one time but then when time went over as I explained I had somewhere to be I was treated like an irate customer. I asked Aaron if someone could help him out bc I really had to go. Was told I'd be done by 1.5 hours. My appt was at 1130, I didnt leave until after 2 pm. I understand people get busy, I get it but when I explained I was stretched for time, noone cared. I spent over $360 and I expected to spend $250. None of this was communicated to me. So.. I'm patiently waiting and then when I say something I'm treated like I need to get a grip. I did not like that. Aaron was nice but had no sense of urgency for my time which is also important. Noone seemed to care or even try to work quicker to get me gone except for the cashier, she tried to calm me I would have been fine if Aaron showed concern for my time. He didnt. More
I had thousands of $ in service here in the past year. New tires and new breaks all h the way around. I brought my truck back twice because of a squealing noise in the front passenger wheel after new bra New tires and new breaks all h the way around. Now 2 times in the last 3 weeks I went in for routine maintenance. First week oil change & tire rotation and The 100 point check came back all green check marks and second time for4x4 and transmission service, this time I was told my front rotor was rusted with divots I feel after all the money spent here they were very dishonest which was disappointing when he said it was recommended a week after in the red. I told the service advisor about new brakes and asked how can it be a wheel that I complained about after having work done and three times being told it’s perfectly fine and one of those times was 7 days prior to the recommendation. His response was it might have been overlooked the week before?? How can you give me a greed check a week before ? Did they just check mark it as good and not actually do the check? After buying my Tundra having every single suggested maintenance performed there. And spending $13,000 in your body shop after a bad accident I think it’s time to find a new dealership after 30 years relationship I don’t need dishonesty. More
