Transmission Issue We had an issue with the automatic transmission in our 2014 Ford Focus. There were no service lights on, but it was just not shifting right. We took We had an issue with the automatic transmission in our 2014 Ford Focus. There were no service lights on, but it was just not shifting right. We took it to a "transmission specialist" who could not figure it out, but still charged us a significant service fee. Though we did not purchase the car at Gervais, we took it there hoping they could figure it out. Not only did they diagnose the problem in a very short period of time, they let us know the repair would be under warranty. The parts were ordered, the appointment was scheduled and the job was completed in one day at no charge to me. I have two Fords and in the future should I need mechanical help, Gervais will be my first call. More

MA Safety Inspection issue corrected on the spot I prepared our vehicle for the annual MA safety inspection by replacing a head light bulb beforehand but I misaligned the light. Gervais Ford technic I prepared our vehicle for the annual MA safety inspection by replacing a head light bulb beforehand but I misaligned the light. Gervais Ford technician spotted the issue as they pulled the vehicle in and they allowed me to quickly correctly insert the bulb. Saved me a trip back! Thank you! More
