I bought my F-150 there and had some of my service done there. Even though they weren't the least expensive for putting in my remote starter I felt that they had the most experience for the job and if some there. Recall and water pump replacement I had an appt. for 7:00am and my car didn't go in till 1:30 and was not ready till after noon the next day. I was given a rental for Tues into Wed. Transmission Issue We had an issue with the automatic transmission in our 2014 Ford Focus. There were no service lights on, but it was just not shifting right. We took We had an issue with the automatic transmission in our 2014 Ford Focus. There were no service lights on, but it was just not shifting right. We took it to a "transmission specialist" who could not figure it out, but still charged us a significant service fee. Though we did not purchase the car at Gervais, we took it there hoping they could figure it out. Not only did they diagnose the problem in a very short period of time, they let us know the repair would be under warranty. The parts were ordered, the appointment was scheduled and the job was completed in one day at no charge to me. I have two Fords and in the future should I need mechanical help, Gervais will be my first call. More
