The service department performed very poorly. The told me that my truck would be ready at 12 noon and when I showed up at 3pm to pick it up it was still being worked on. the service scheduler tol The told me that my truck would be ready at 12 noon and when I showed up at 3pm to pick it up it was still being worked on. the service scheduler told me that it was the mechanic's fault and did not know why they did not start working on it in the morning. The parts that they replaced did not correct the issue. They blamed it on GM protocol. I spoke to Fred, dealership manager, the day I picked the truck up. He told me that he would look into the issue and call me back. I never hear back from him. More
