Jonathon was a terrific salesman. Thorough, did not pressure me in any way and gave me a thorough briefing about my car. I thought he was honest and gave me straight answers. I did not even mind paying over the MSRP because I know how competitive it is to find new cars. The only reason I gave a “4” rating is that during the finance meeting I felt pressured to buy the extra insurance totalling $5600 and when I declined the coverage I felt a bit “dismissed”. But overall I would highly rate Glen Toyota and especially Jonathon. More
