Very bad communication skills between customer service (phone) employees and the service department. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle in a month and a half for the same problem, and I (phone) employees and the service department. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle in a month and a half for the same problem, and I left feeling unsatisfied with the work done.
