Got my car serviced just about 3 weeks ago , was told brake pads needed replacing . A few days after the car started making noise when breaking . Took the car back a couple of days ago to get a bike rack brake pads needed replacing . A few days after the car started making noise when breaking . Took the car back a couple of days ago to get a bike rack affixed and to get the brakes checked again . Something was not fitted properly and needed some time to get repaired . Not impressed . I had to leave the car one since hitch needed to be fitted too. After picking up car , followed up for some bike rack accessories and was told I would get a call back . Never happened so ordered the parts directly via Yakima . I was told that the Toyota Service Center is not the best . Next time I will probably take the car somewhere else . More

The staff is alyays friendly and helpful. I brought my car in for a recall and was taken right on time. William Hughes checked me in and, as promised, called when the car was ready for pickup.
