Very positive experience One of our cars was failing and we could not wait for coronavirus to disappear to buy a new one. I was terrified because I’m a high-risk person. I ha One of our cars was failing and we could not wait for coronavirus to disappear to buy a new one. I was terrified because I’m a high-risk person. I have also had some difficult experiences with car sales so when I went into this with trepidation. I was pleasantly surprised. Our sales person, John, negotiated a fair and equitable deal with no nonsense or hidden charges. I expressed my concern about virus exposure, and the dealership really went to great lengths to keep everybody safe. We were in a large open space with huge long tables, far separated from one another. When we had to interact with the business manager at the end there was a plexiglass barrier set up. Everyone wore masks – including us. I was able to get the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted and needed. John assured us he would be available to help us if we had any questions about the technology in the car. All in all, it was a very positive experience with everybody trying to make the best of such a difficult situation is we humans find ourselves in at this place and time on this planet! More
