Like new! I knew I needed 4 new tires, brakes and rotors but put it off bc $$$. Well, once I had a flat, I couldn’t put it off anymore. Glen Toyota was able to I knew I needed 4 new tires, brakes and rotors but put it off bc $$$. Well, once I had a flat, I couldn’t put it off anymore. Glen Toyota was able to get me in the day I called and gave me a loaner so I could get to work on time and do what I needed to do. The rep was very friendly, and good at explaining things every step of the way. He recommended a tire that was not the most expensive but still a good tire. All the work was done in one day. When I got my minivan back, it ran so smoothly, it was like a new car! More

Service visit It was a good experience but in general they should not overbook. If I bring my car in at 9:30 it shouldn’t be looked at two hours later. It was suppo It was a good experience but in general they should not overbook. If I bring my car in at 9:30 it shouldn’t be looked at two hours later. It was supposed to be ready by one. But because they didn’t discover till one that additional work needed to be done it wasn’t ready till after 4 o’clock. It also was crowded when I was dropping off the car so I had to wait that normally I do not. That must mean they overbooked. More

It was good after I requested assistance. I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room. No one came to Check with us. After waiting an hour or more I went out to check and everyone was seate I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room. No one came to Check with us.
