It was just ok. I brought my car in for a routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) at 8 AM. When I brought it in, they told me it would be a couple hours I brought my car in for a routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) at 8 AM. When I brought it in, they told me it would be a couple hours so I decided to go home and wait, at this time the attendant told me it will be ready by 12. Noon came and went at at 1230 I called to check on the status of my car. At this time, my attendant was out to lunch so the lady who took my call was unable to check on the status without him. She took a message and said he would call back when he returned at 1. Around 1:20 still no word so I tried calling back again. It took me 3 times to call because the first 2 times, it went to voicemail and i did not want to leave a message at this point. Finally, I got through and after being put on hold for a few minutes my attendant was finally free to talk. He mentioned they had just started my car (so much for it being ready at 12) and that it would be ready at 2. I went to pick my car up at 2 and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. At this point I had seen the manager who apologized and made sure things got finished in a timely fashion. This has never happened to me before so I was a little upset and disappointed with this service center. More

Worst experience ever 2 time I own a 2018 Camry I had the car for a year it has 2500 miles on it car is a year old took it in for service after been there an hour the service advi I own a 2018 Camry I had the car for a year it has 2500 miles on it car is a year old took it in for service after been there an hour the service advisor told my wife he can’t change the oil in my car . After we told him that we were going on a trip to Florida . Then I tried to contact management someone took my name and no body call me or gave me an explanation .
