Great experience at Glen Toyota I was there at 7:00 am for maintenance of my 2015 Highlander, Had alignment too as recommended. Was out in about 1 1/2 hours and was quite satisfied I was there at 7:00 am for maintenance of my 2015 Highlander, Had alignment too as recommended. I could view the progress of the job on screen which was a nice feature to have in the waiting room. More

I’m left with questions Not sure if service was done. Old sticker never removed. Truck wash was thoughtful but poorly done. Discovered new scratches. It’s the only dealer close to me and I think by typing how I feel, my service will be worse. I feel the next time I go, my truck will be sabotaged. Like now, they say the oil was changed, but how do I know? The tag was left on the windshield from the last visit. Simple error, perhaps. But I’m hearing this is happening more often. Even from coworkers. So who to trust? Nobody responded when I questioned it. Maybe tomorrow. More
