Scheduled maintenance check The new facility is great. The customer waiting area is spacious, great natural lighting, and comfortable. The customer service reps and other employe The new facility is great. The customer waiting area is spacious, great natural lighting, and comfortable. The customer service reps and other employees were all friendly and professional. The wait time for this particular maintenance check was minimal at about 45 minutes. The only negative was the coffee from the machine. I am not a picky coffee drinker either and I thought it was terrible. The Italian roast was too sweet and I didn't even add sugar. The Columbian had a chemical taste to it. I did not want to waste them but unfortunately I threw both out. Having bagels is a nice touch too. More
