Absolute worst service! I had a 7 a.m. appt for a job that should have taken 4 hours. I text them using their service and NO ONE returned my text! 9 hours later I got my Sie I had a 7 a.m. appt for a job that should have taken 4 hours. Jason and Andrew worked tirelessly and professionally to ensure I received my repaired vehicle on time. All of their calm, patient manners were a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high after my car was broken into. Their knowledge of the car parts and remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. If the quality of a dealership's employees is an indication of future success, then Glen Toyota has a very bright future. I highly recommend Glen Toyota!! More

As mentioned, once bought, living with the vehicle is another matter. Service managers Mike Elston and Jay Forkins guide a terrific service staff and modern comfortable service facility. I've been dealing with Glen Toyota for long time. I've bought and serviced my Toyota's at Glen. I could easily buy somewhere else, even buy different brand. Over the years I've owned many,.many cars, different brands, both domestic and foreign. In the end it comes down to value and ownership experience. Toyota is without question a top notch company offering great cost of ownership and resale value. Glen Toyota Service Management and their staff are what brings me back to buying Toyota's. Dishonest Brought car in for a routine brake check and was told the vehicle needed $600 of work. They claimed rotors were rusty and needed replacement and brak Brought car in for a routine brake check and was told the vehicle needed $600 of work. They claimed rotors were rusty and needed replacement and brake pads were down to 10%. 6 months prior and 3,000 miles ago during a service that cost $2,000 they claimed car was in perfect condition. Sensing a lack of honesty I left without performing the work. I subsequently brought it to another Toyota dealership and was told brakes were in good condition with 50% life left. Don't go there, they are dishonest. More

Worst experience I have ever had. Do not buy here. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. Sold me a "certified pre-owned" vehicle that obviously wasn’t checked over. Lug nuts missing Valve plugs missing Front brakes were worn and I had to drive 2 hours back to the dealer and have them fixed. Didn't return 5 phone calls after purchase Horribly unprofessional with phone manner, customer service, and clerical. Took NO responsibility for any of their mistakes. More
Very rude and errogant Used Certified Dealer Manager I just recently went Glen Toyota on Maple street there to shop used certified vehicle. When I saw interest floor manager come and forced or mobbed me to buy a car taking my Ccard and sing on paper When I refuse to sign before test Drive he said "Get out now" .. very insane person. DONT GO HERE..VERY RUDE .. they are just mobbing and forcing people to buy it. More

It was a pleasure to take my car to them and to end the experience they gave the car a wash and vacuumed the inside. Excellent, I would definitely recommend them to a friend for the service they deliver and the way they deliver it. They care about the car, the service they deliver and the client experience. More
Service dept. Is horrible I walked in for my scheduled appointment on 8/24/15 . Was not greeted not did anyone tell me to just let me know they would be with me.
