Took my truck in for recalls and the communication of the work was not good at all! My truck went in on Tuesday and didn’t get it until Friday ! I had to call everytime to get info on progress ! Worked with Derry and he was great. The sales managers are okay. Bought a 2017 Jeep and got a fair deal after the normal back and forth. When we picked up the Jeep, only had one Key The sales managers are okay. Bought a 2017 Jeep and got a fair deal after the normal back and forth. When we picked up the Jeep, only had one Key, the radio did not work anymore after it worked fine during test drive, battery died when I got it home, someone had pulled the carpet up on the passenger side of vehicle front and back as to do some last minute removal of electrical equipment - felt like some things got switched out of the Jeep I bought after test drive and would have expected the Jeep to have two keys ready to go after waiting a week to pick it up after paying cash. Also, was told the plates from our out of state residence would be sent to us and that never happened. Overall, I liked the team but the organization took a big hit and lost trust after the radio, key, carpet removal and plate snafu. Derry and Kennedy and reception personal all get five stars; everyone else, do better. Will S. More
