Hidden Lies on Towing Capacities. Nearly purchase a NEW Durango, even shook hands on the deal. Dealer was going to include a Tow Package installed at their dealership. The Dealer knew we needed to tow at least 4000lbs cause the sale person asked. After some further research I discovered that the max tow rating for any aftermarket Durango is only 3500lbs, not the 6200 stated. The dealer hid this information and failed to disclose this information in hopes that we would not find out, just to complete a sale. Never a follow-up call or an email reply after I canceled...worst service and would not recommend them to anyone. More
