Cross Country Purchase My wife and I couldn't find a Durango Limited with the options and colors that we wanted in New England. We happened to find a Durango Citadel at Goll My wife and I couldn't find a Durango Limited with the options and colors that we wanted in New England. We happened to find a Durango Citadel at Golling online and contacted Randy to find out more information. Randy was great, he recognized that buying a car from half way across the country is a big undertaking and went out of his way to give us as much information as possible before we flew out to see the car. Since it was a 2014 we wanted to make sure we were fully informed of any issues prior to making the trip. Randy took extra pictures of every scuff or nick on the car for us so we did not have any surprises when we arrived. I took an early morning flight from New England to Detroit, rented a car and was on the lot by 1:30 to see the car. Everything was expected and we closed the deal by 3:30. I was on the road in the new car on my way back to New England in less than an afternoon thanks to Randy. The Durango Citadel is everything we wanted and more at a price that we simply could not match in New England. Thanks Randy! My only complaint was that Golling did not fill the gas tank for me. I've never bought a car where the dealer didn't top off the tank for you after the purchase. Of course that has nothing to do with Randy since it's a dealership thing. I would not hesitate to contact Randy again in the future and fly back to MIchagan for another car. More
