Unconcern sales pepole I went into Golling Feb 29 2016, with the hope of getting an ideal of what to purchase. I arrived around 7:30PM went outside to look at the 2016 Charg I went into Golling Feb 29 2016, with the hope of getting an ideal of what to purchase. I arrived around 7:30PM went outside to look at the 2016 Chargers, I then went inside because it was very cold out, so I didn't expect any sales person to be out. When I went inside not one sales person greeted me whatsoever, I then went in the back to get me something to drink, and still no one approached me, I did notice not many people were there getting cars, so the extra sales people in my opinion, tried to look busy. I got very frustrated and left, however I did return the next day, and I got the same result, Whisky, Tango, Foxtrot right!! I sat in the middle of these two counters that look like the main counters of the place, there I sat surfing the net looking at Gollings inventory, I want to make sure the car I wanted was there. I place a call to Golling while I was inside, whoever I got as a sale person this was the person I was going to deal with. I was put in contact with Kyle Redwine, very friendly salesman, if it wasn't for Kyle I would have left and told my friends not to go to Gollings. I explain to Kyle what my frustration was and why I started to leave AGAIN. With everything said and done, I did get finance for 2016 Dodge Charger SXT I'd have to give Kyle a 5 star, but the dealership I would have to give 3 star and that's only because finance got me a great deal. I cant remember his name but he was awesome person too. More

When I came in to sign the papers and take delivery of the vehicle it went without a hitch. Dave was friendly, prompt and well organized. The whole buying process went smoothly and I attribute that to Dave's hard work! I will definitely purchase from Dave and Golling in the future. More

On a Friday I decided to move forward and replace my existing lease. I told Mike I wanted this transaction to be effortless on my part and completed swiftly. Mike answered several questions I had. He found the car that met my requirements and I drove away the following Monday a happy, satisfied customer/client. I say client because I plan on working with Mike for a long time due to his level of service, commitment to my satisfaction and attention to fulfilling my expectations. This was truly effortless on my part; all it took was several emails with Mike and a half hour in the dealership signing new lease documents and returning my existing leased car. This is the way car buying was meant to be, thanks to Mike Martin. More

I love Golling in Highland I had the most pleasant experience with the sales person Matt. He made my husband and I feel like we mattered to him and were a part of the family.
