Another Great Experience With Cooper I arrived with no idea which car I would like. I spent a while looking around the showroom, as Cooper was with a customer, which was perfect for me. Although the rest of the staff knew I was waiting for Cooper, they didn't hesitate in offering helpful information (not pushy at all), it spoke volumes to their character and Cooper's (if Cooper wasn't an excellent colleague, I can't imagine they'd have gone the extra mile for him the way that they did). Cooper let me drive all kinds of vehicles, no worries, no pressure and when I'd narrowed it down to the final three, I went with the most expensive one, because he gave me an awesome deal. He also wanted to make the experience as hassle free low pressure as possible. He was very understanding when we changed vehicle's midway thru the process. I truly believe he wanted us to be happy with the vehicle's and the process. We leased 3 vehicles from him. He has even followed up with us afterwards to make sure were happy.
