Came to test drive a used 2013 I saw your website, made a test drive appt with Jason Koss who was very professional, he copied my license but then inf Came to test drive a used 2013 I saw your website, made a test drive appt with Jason Koss who was very professional, he copied my license but then informed me that the Used Mgr wouldn't allow me to test drive the vehicle until I discussed financing!! What kind hogwash is that!!! I informed him I like most people that the test determines if I even want to make the purchase. He rudely pressed the questions about how would I pay for it and when I wouldn't submit to the interrogation he told me to have a nice day!!! Wow this is not the Golling it use to be!!!! The receptionist told the gentlemen name was Kyle but didn't offer a last name! More

I walked into the dealership literally dreading the prospect of working with a car salesman. I've had a string of bad experiences. We just bought our second car from Marcus in two years, and I wish I could buy another one tomorrow. Marcus gives great service, is a straight shooter, and he knows his products inside and out. I never felt like I was being sold, and he never pulled any of the traditional car salesman gambits. Most importantly, he made my wife feel comfortable through the entire process. I've had mixed experiences with the service department at this dealership, but I keep coming back because I know Marcus is in my corner. I will recommend Marcus to everyone in my path looking for a Chrysler or Jeep. More

My relationship with Golling and FCA thanks to Mike's strong work and consistent courtesy and professionalism remains excellent. Frankly were it not for his work and support of us, it is unlikely we would ever do business with FCA or Golling again. But due his support of us with quick repair, loaner car service, and his overall good nature in dealing with adversity, we are likely to consider Golling and FCA when we purchase our next vehicle.
