I own a 2005 Dodge Viper and I've been to Golling a few times over the last year for some maintenance work and some major work including a Mopar OEM engine upgrade package and replacement of both inter few times over the last year for some maintenance work and some major work including a Mopar OEM engine upgrade package and replacement of both interior door panels. My overall experience with Golling dealership has been great.  I have been taking my Chrysler vehicles there for maintenance for some time but on the 29th of April (the day before) I jumped on an excellen great.  I have been taking my Chrysler vehicles there for maintenance for some time but on the 29th of April (the day before) I jumped on an excellent opportunity for a Chrysler 300s lease deal and I was very specific with what I wanted as far as  the options go.  Mitchell had a great attitude during my inquiries and he was very patient with giving me the correct answers.  The availability of the trim package I wanted on the 300s was scarce and Mitchell had to act quickly in order to secure it for my purchase, the turnaround was fast and I had the keys of my future lease in my hand yesterday. I really appreciate Mitchell’s service in getting me the vehicle that I wanted in such a timely manner; I love driving my new vehicle but without the type of service that I received, it wouldn’t have been the same experience.  Thank you.   More

Mike Martin and the Golling team absolutely exceeded my expectation. This was my first brand new vehicle I have every purchased with my own money. I had no clue what to expect from both the dealership or expectation. This was my first brand new vehicle I have every purchased with my own money. When I went to Golling the first time, Mike assisted me with information on a couple of vehicles I was curious in purchasing. Ultimately, I asked about the Jeep Patriot because I did some research on it beforehand and somewhat knew it was the vehicle for me. Mike answered every question of mine accurately and honestly. Eventually I came back to Golling when I was ready to buy the Jeep. Mike made the process easy, simple, and most importantly relaxing! He encouraged me over and over to ask any questions I may have in which he gave a professional answer. Overall, Mike Martin is a great salesman but more importantly he is a great person. He did not try to trick me or sell me anything I did not need. He did not try to take advantage of an inexperienced buyer either. Mr. Wright was very helpful, checked all the available Corporate sources, inquired of Engineering, and talked to several mechanics. The result was that the part I was seeking was not a Chrysler produced item. Mr. Wright then "googled" it and found the part and the source. In all, he spent around twenty minutes with me, solely to help me with this. More

Awesome experience, Eric drove out to me due to my busy schedule twice (45 minute drive)! These three guys are the three musketeers of dodge!!! Shane helped out by pushing the paperwork through faster on the total loss, 1st dart was in an accident, and thinking it was the end of the world they helped us get into another one 2 weeks after that, helped out 100% with the rental, Eric isn't your average sales guy, he puts the customer first not commission! That's a rarity, I never really had the chance to meet murph in person but he helped me out with a huge deal I couldn't refuse!
