Generally when you walk into a dealership you are overwhelemed by the sales pitches, but not at Golling, I was very comfortable in that I could make my decision with no pressures. First off let me start by saying Kyle P. is one of the greatest sales persons I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. His determination to help us find the perfect car and make sure it was everything we wanted was greatly appreciated. He spent a fair amount of time searching but when he found the one he knew it was for us. He also took great concern to make sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. I haven't had great luck with car dealers in the past. In fact, I downright dislike the Suburban Group, and avoid them whenever possible. When I had to recently replace a vehicle, without a trade past. In fact, I downright dislike the Suburban Group, and avoid them whenever possible. When I had to recently replace a vehicle, without a trade in and on the fly, I thought my luck was about to get worse. Even so, I was very interested in the Dodge Dart, and Golling is in a great location as it's near where I go to school, and isn't too far from my house, so I decided to give them a try. I sent an email to try and feel things out, and Mitch was quick to respond, and helpful at narrowing down what I was looking for. Admittedly, I was distracted with a few different things unrelated to by search, and probably wasn't the most focused buyer, but never the less, he was very friendly, and helpful, and when I later contacted him with a specific vehicle from inventory, and could give him an actual day for a test drive, he again was quick to respond, and said he'd have it pulled for the test drive. The dealeship was a tad mindblowing. Lots of great stuff in a spotless, modern show room, and sales staff that was friendly despite the apparently usual madhouse that is their end of the month. I was able to find Mitch easily, and got he me situated with the car right away. The new Dart was amazing, and I was sold on the model and brand. The problem was my credit isn't the greatest, and the baseline version of the Dart wasn't attractive to be a lease vehicle. After showing me other options in other product lines with a lot of thought to my potential price range, we figured out that I could find a lease on a Limited edition Dart for a price that blew my mind. The only remaining wrinkle was financing, and Mitch made that happen despite the dealership being very busy. It was a great deal, and I got the impression he was really making an effort to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and making sure it was a realistic, but utterly fantastic monthly rate. The fact that he was courteous and jovial, while being straight foward with the facts throughout the proccess did a lot to relieve my stress in the uncertainty of the situation. This is a kind of professionalism I don't usually associate with salesman, and I appreciate the considerable effort he displayed through out my buying process to make it very positive, well beyond my expectations. He will be the guy I go to see for my next vehicle, and I have been more than happy to mention him as the go-to guy at Golling to my co-workers at USFS. (The Dart has been recommending itself merely by being seen.... :) More
